Louise, notable for her role as Ginger on "Gilligan's Island," had her breakthrough role a year earlier (1958) in "God's Little Acre," & she appeared in Playboy twice. Louise is credited on the front jacket flap, photo'd by E.P.S. The Gialli line is one of Italy's finest mid-century offerings, Italian translations of (mostly) American crime fiction w/ lush full-color pin-ups of the era's most popular models, even Jayne Mansfield, Lili St. Cyr, & June Wilkinson.
