Features The Tarantula Woman, a femme fatale, "Black Widow" type of superhero, a female Spiderman who could shoot webs, & lured helpless victims to her sexy snare. Italian comics boast some of the finest, & weirdest, cover art of the period, but often the artists went uncredited. Began 1970s, lasted maybe a decade, less than 50 issues, successor to "La Donna Ragna." Scarce in the US especially. L'Orgia dei Posseduti (Orgy of the Possessed) - N10. Boobie tassels! Ink to front panel. Tra le fogne di New York (In the Sewers of New York) - N12. Wrought-iron bed, blue nylons. Destinazione St. Louis (Destination: St. Louis) - N13.
