Produced and published by Eric Stanton, close associate of noted fantasy author Offutt. From Offutt's estate, with one noted as "Work Guide" on the yellow variant cover in holograph ink, each page with layout notations in holograph ink and pencil ("Text 2," "Ill 2," "Advertise for other books," "two page spread," etc.), presumed to be Stanton's copy for Offutt's reference.
